MAEMI BENTEN

Maemi Benten is a curatorial platform, founded by Kurt Deruyter, which investigates new positions in documentary photography, specialising in anthropology and landscape philosophy. 

Kurt is a sociologist by education and turned to photography because of the large possibilities of the medium in telling complicated stories.
